So, I've hit the wall. Glad that it is this late in the game. I am repeating week 3 of phase 2 this week. Next week is recovery week and then it's phase 3. Haven't weighed myself in a while, but I have been sticking to the diet pretty well and have been feeling really well. I'm repeating last week because I had some sleep issues. And some work issues. But I'm keeping up with it.

Good job, stick to it! Ive been meaning to hit the gym everyday for ohhhh the past 2 months and it hasnt happened. Because I suck.
